At Project Central we are delighted to announce our latest feature release with our Project Central Microsoft Outlook Calendar Integration.

Do much more by connecting your Outlook Calendar to Project Central

The Sync to Calendar option helps you meet deadlines by syncing your tasks to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar that allows you to subscribe by URL.

Quickly add Tasks to your Outlook Calendar

You can sync your My Tasks list to an external calendar. Once synced, you will see tasks with due dates from that project as all day events. You can click each event to visit the task in Project Central.

Manage your Task List directly within your Outlook Calendar

As tasks  with due dates are assigned to you or perhaps you assign tasks to yourself , they will auto update within your Outlook Calendar. Complete and close tasks and they will auto update within your Outlook Calendar.

*This feature can enabled by your Project Central Account Admin.

*This feature will be disabled by default.

*Tasks with due dates will only appear in your Calendar.

Coming next – Project Central joins the Microsoft Teams App Store

Manage a project from directly within Microsoft Teams so that collaboration and meetings can continue seamlessly.

This feature will also include the work required to register a dedicated Teams app on the Teams development platform
