Filter Through Projects
Project Filtering is a simple way to help you sort and find projects in your account. So if you want to filter to view only the projects that you’re a part of, or just the ones at risk of running over their due date, simply select the criteria and click ‘Apply‘.
Each ‘Project Card’ contains a brief summary of the project itself. They include the name, last update, project life span, project health, status and percentage completion. Clicking a card allows you to view the project in more detail or to delete the project.
Private Projects allow you to create a new project with restricted access. Which is ideal for managing sensitive projects, or those projects that require an exclusive group from within your organization.
Project List View
Switch from Project Card View to List View to view all projects in a simple list, highlighting all core metrics for each.
A simple ‘Project Description’ that provides your team with more details. Use this to share background information, project scope, terms of reference (goals, deliverables, resources required) or anything else that’s relevant.
Not all project management software provides a Start Date. Use this to set a deadline and to schedule your team member’s time across multiple projects.
The all important due date for your project. The End Date focuses the project and guides the project management process.
As tasks are completed, update the ‘Percent Complete’ to motivate your team, showing progress towards the goal.
The ‘Project Health’ indicator provides a quick overview of potential issues. Use this to inform stakeholders about roadblocks and help your team to overcome them.
Quickly search for and assign ‘Project Tags’ to your projects using the project tag search bar.
The project image is a visual way to reinforce the goal of the project. Make your project stand out in the project overview screen when there are multiple ones present.
