New Release: Tasks Board View

Task management is a broad topic where everyone has their own preferred approach for getting things done.

When working with your project team, you want to be confident that the software you’re using caters for the way they like to work.

As well as meeting the needs of the overall project.

At Project Central, we’re building our application to help make it easier to manage tasks the way they prefer.

We’ve already delivered Tasks lists and Gantt view for better task management and today, I’m announcing our latest release: Tasks Board View.

How do tasks boards work?

Task Boards are a visual and simple way to organize your work, just like sticky notes that you can move across columns.

And similar to the well known Kanban workflow, they give you a clean, visual overview of your tasks

What makes tasks board really powerful is that it has all of the same features as our Tasks List.

So, you can switch from one view to the other while working seamlessly on your projects.

What’s coming next?

• Sections: Divide and organize the tasks in your project to create categories, workflow stages, phases, priorities, and more
• Milestones: Mark specific points in time along a project timeline in order to track major progress points that must be reached to achieve success
• Multiple Select & Drag: Reorder multiple tasks in one go by selecting them and reordering them to a new position all in one go.
